Grand Master Kang has created Sun Hang Do to benefit all who practice it and to help make their lives a positive experience. It's ultimate goal is to improve one's mental and physical abilities equally. Sun Hang Do teaches that self confidence and a positive mental attitude are essential for one to grow and be successful in the 21st century. He believes that in today's society we are bombarded with many outside pressures and negative influences and are faced with many decisions that could have negative results if we do not have the right mindset.
